WEEK 36 "Our Deliverer"

Hey Hey beautiful people! This week was a hot one! It reached over 100 degrees multiple times and the humidity has us dying all week! I'd take the hot days over the rain any day though! 



A few weeks ago a lady named Tiffany referred herself to us! We tried to get in contact with her but her number was "disconnected". We have tried to visit her many times but she lives in a gated community! We drove by several times this week hoping that we'd see a miracle and the gate would be open. Sadly we were disappointed each time as we drove by and the gate was still closed. 



While we were in a lesson later in the week on Saturday evening we saw a referral come up on our phone for "Tiffany". After our lesson we quickly looked at the referral and realized it was the same Tiffany we had been trying to get in contact with for weeks! This time a new number! We called her and to our happy surprise she was ecstatic about meeting for a study! Even though we were disappointed that the gate was never open after prayers and exercising faith the lord provided a way in HIS time and in HIS way!

Our earthy challenges and experiences are no joke! We get bucked off the horse sometimes and it's hard to get back up! But because of Jesus Christ, our Deliverer we can be healed if we keep our focus on Him!

Wowza...what a week!  If I'm being real with yall it was a harder week. I absolutely love being a missionary, I love Oregon but missions truly turn you inside out and flip everything upside down! We've been prayerful about how and when to contact her. Many times in the last week we've wanted to go visit her but for some reason we kept pushing it off. WEEK 29&30 I Love To See The Temple...Even If It's Through Torents Or Rain

Hey hey! What's up everyone?! How has everyone been doing? It has been a couple weeks! We didn't have P day last week because we got to go to the Portland temple on Friday! It was absolutely beautiful! It has been a great but tough last couple of weeks! That's life though right? We have good days and bad days, good weeks and bad weeks but it's a great life! Something I have learned over the course of my mission is choosing to be grateful, especially when everything seems to be going wrong! I know, easier said than done. But taking a minute to list 5 things you are grateful for in a moment of anxiousness, fear, or sadness makes a world of a difference!  Aside from some of the rough times, GOD IS SO GOOD!
